Maria Fernanda, Colombian, creative and talented jewelry designer, declares in her pieces a miniature art.

 

 

Her frenzy for the art of jewelry dates back more than a decade, when she decided to explore the creative side and discover what she is most passionate about. There were several events that were presented giving signs towards that path. 

 

When she was in high school, she started as a game that resulted in a small girls' business. Together with her younger sister, they created handmade necklaces and earrings for their classmates and teachers on special events such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

 

Maria Fernanda, first profession Business Administrator, has lived in several countries, which has led her to look at the sector globally. After living in Chile for a few years, he settled in Monterrey - Mexico where he deepened  in Goldsmithing at the hands of Mexican artisans who shared valuable techniques and knowledge with him. It didn't take long for her art to evolve and she designed her first collection in Gold and precious stones called Amore.

Through the odds of life, living in the Dominican Republic, she induced  towards a technical career in Jewelry at the FundArte School in Santo Domingo, time that led her to delve into techniques influenced by other cultures._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

 

Intrigued by its evolution, in Santiago de Chile she refined her experience with local jewelers who are experts in setting and silver jewelry. She returned to Colombia motivated to continue captivating with her creations. 

 

Consequently, the Management of fashion and luxury companies courses at Università Bocconi, 

Innovation through Design from the University of Sydney, Sustainable fashion at the Copenhagen Business school, Organizational Analysis at Stanford University, Management Marketing at the University of Chile, Strategic and Entrepreneurial Administration at the University of New Mexico, and Service Experience Design at the Austral University have complemented his experience as CEO of Mafe Gonzalez Jewelry. 

 

Maria Fernanda's eclectic love for colors, the energy of precious stones and gold and silver metals shape her creations inspired by the needs of the customer who loves exclusivity and quality.
